What we collect
Only what you enter in our forms: your name, your organisation, your work email, your phone number if you give it, your message, and your answers to the assessment, the AI maturity assessment or the programme builder when you choose to send them to us. Required fields are shown in each form; without them we cannot reply.
Why we collect it
To respond to your request, organise the conversation you asked for, send you the report or programme you requested, and follow up on the business relationship that results. We don't send you marketing without your consent, and every message includes a simple way to stop receiving them.
Who has access
The Agile UP team, and our technical providers for website hosting and email, strictly within the scope of their work. Your data is never sold or rented. [IF HOSTING OR EMAIL IS OUTSIDE MOROCCO: STATE THE COUNTRY AND THE TRANSFER FORMALITY WITH THE CNDP]
How long we keep it

Your rights
Under Morocco's Law 09-08, you have the right to access, rectify and, on legitimate grounds, object to the processing of your data. If you live in the European Union, you also have the rights set out in the GDPR, including erasure and portability. Just write to info@agileup.co; we reply within one month at most. You can also contact the CNDP at cndp.ma.
